At The Dairy App, our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will full/part refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read product/deal details carefully before buying it.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their subscription and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 5 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
We provide a 15 days free trial to our customers. So no refund or cancellation available during this trial subscriptions.
1. Cancellation Policy:
Users who wish to cancel their subscription to "The Dairy App" must do so before the end of their trial period or current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy:
a. Trial Period: Users who cancel their subscription during the 15-day trial period will not be charged and will have full access to the App until the end of the trial period.
b. Paid Subscription: Users who cancel their subscription after the trial period and within the paid subscription period may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription term.
3. Refund Process:
To request a refund, users must contact customer support within 30 days of their cancellation request. Refund requests made after this period may not be honored.
4. Refund Eligibility:
a. Valid Reasons: Refunds will only be issued in cases where the user encounters technical issues preventing them from using the App, or if the user is dissatisfied with the service provided by "The Dairy App".
b. Non-Transferable: Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.
c. No Partial Refunds: No partial refunds will be issued for subscription cancellations made after the trial period, except for the prorated portion of the unused subscription term.
5. Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-14 business days from the date of the refund request approval.
6. Dispute Resolution:
If a user disagrees with the refund decision, they may escalate the issue to our customer support team for further review. However, the decision of The Dairy App regarding refund eligibility will be final.
7. Changes to Policy:
The Dairy App reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App.
